    I logged into your website and now can not even access the Pages section in the admin area of your website and get an error as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    It is your website-specific error that you can resolve as described below or by contacting your web host.

    I logged into your website and got the same Connection timed out error that is your web server related error.

     

    I installed the required plugins by manually uploading them to your website.

    Do you only see it when scrolling down?

    You are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version.

    You have created your website homepage using the WPbakery page builder so please use the same WPbakery page builder to edit it.

     

    Please note that you can use any page builder plugin but please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.

     

    Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.

    @joanasvsousa As you are using the Unyson plugin so you have to click on the Settings button to get more options as shown in the attached screenshot.

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

     

    Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    Yes, that plugin will also work.

     

    Just make sure to regenerate the thumbnails.
