How do I bring the newsletter section below the pagination section.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

In the meanwhile, you can use any other social counter plugin from the below website that provides a widget to display it.

To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

The theme provides a WpBakery page builder premium plugin bundled with the theme and you can also use the Unyson page builder which is free.
The demo content that you have imported is created using the Unyson page builder so you have to edit it using Unyson page builder.
You are already using the Unyson page builder plugin on your website as shown in your screenshot attached here.
If you don’t know how to use the Unyson page builder then please refer to the below video.

I can’t access your website admin area as I am getting an error as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
