Hi Fiona,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
I just installed the Foodie demo on my website and the Revolution Slider is not displaying properly…
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not displaying properly so that I can troubleshoot it?
I also am confused as to where I can modify the picture once the first issue is resolved.
Here are some screenshots to better explain the issue I’m facing.
You have to edit the page using the WPBakery page builder and then you can edit the pictures using image element used to display the pictures.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @dbittle,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The cURL error that you have shared is related to your web server so please contact your web host and make sure that it is not prohibiting the access of https://cdn.shufflehound.com/ from your site.
Also, please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.

To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
I still don’t see any errors on your website.
Could you please share the screenshot of the error?

I didn’t say you changed anything in the plugin autooptimize.
I requested that could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the autoptimize that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
You are most welcome here 🙂
Both plugins are compatible with the theme so please choose one that suits you.

Hi @bukhoryart,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.

Hi @FrameCADD,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Do not minimize image size, instead optimize them using the below solutions.

Then could you please test it by temporarily deactivating the Cloudflare cache?
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi Kent,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @DoBi,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems there is an issue in the implementation of font causing this problem but this needs to troubleshoot to resolve it.
Providing support to custom code is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support

Ok, then you can change it either by translating the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/theme-translation/ or using any of the following plugins to change it.
Solution for this topic
As said above by default, not any theme searches any post by author name.
Awesome great to see you got that achieved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Awesome great to see you got that found.
