Yes, it is only possible using YellowPencil editor.
Btw what does YellowPencil actually – what is so different to e.g. Brizy?
YellowPencil is a WordPress CSS style editor plugin.
Brizy is a website builder plugin.

The Yellow Pencil Pro is a recommended plugin and not a required plugin.
The WPBakery Page Builder is a required plugin If you are using its functionality.
