You have to copy the theme theme file onto child theme directory that you have edited.
If you read information about child theme on the above shared pages then you will understand the child theme concept.

Am i right that those 3 are all same kind of plugins?
No, they are same.
Drag and drop page builders?
No.
The Unyson is a required plugin but its page builder is optional which is grag and drop builder.
The WPBakery page builder is a drag and drop page builder.
The YellowPencil is a WordPress CSS style editor plugin.
Do i need them all?
No, the only theme required plugin is a Unyson plugin and all other are optional.

You can display it in the site topbar by enabling it in the theme Header settings but it is only available for Header Template 2 and 3 as shown in the attached screenshot.
If it still does not display for you then could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.

You can increase the right margin by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
