  • I don’t see any error message in your shared screenshots so could you please describe it a bit more and share the page URL from your website where it is displaying so that I can help you?

    Hi @cevans00,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    You can reduce that space by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    #page-container .content-container.sh-page-layout-default {
        padding-top: 0 !important;
    }

    Best regards,

    I don’t see it on your shared website.

    After using the CSS code, please make sure to clear the cache that you are using on your website.

    I see multiple sliders on your shared site as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Which one are you talking about?

    as the one in the above printscreen I have to use custom code?

    Yes, you are right.

    Independently of the name of the page. (Portfolio archive or default page that contains a Portfolio content element, to be honest I don’t understand the difference)

    The page URL that you have shared is portfolio archive page.

    I am referring any WordPress page as a default page in which you can add portfolio content element as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Solution for this topic

    You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    #container_buttons a.a_demo_four {
        display: inline-block;
        margin-bottom: 15px;
    }

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    This is happening because you have not selected Video post format in the post settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

    I am not sure what you mean by “widgets in footer menu” so could you please describe it a bit more by sharing the screenshots?

    Could you please also tell me which version of the Internet Explorer browser you are using?

    Do you also see the issue on the below demo website?

    Hi @ervis23,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    To confirm whether this is a theme issue, just temporarily use the Twenty Nineteen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s the theme issue.

    Hi @vinesofvirginia,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Hi @afew001,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    That is a post author box that displays information about the Author set in the site user profile and you can remove it from the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Hi Antonis,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    The project page displayed in your shared screenshot is not a portfolio archive page but a default page that contains a Portfolio content element.

    If you want to display a portfolio archive page like that then to achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

    Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support

    If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

    Best regards,
