You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Each demo content uses only one editor but we provide demo content versions of both editors which are WPBakery Page builder and Unyson page builder.
Have you imported multiple demo content on your website of different page builders?
You can request a refund from Themeforest where you have purchased the theme.

Please try changing it from the theme Styling settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
To create a custom animation
The footer detects it as a post and automatically adds the content
