It seems some scripts making it work can’t access it inside Unyson accordion so you have to either use a different plugin to display accordion or use a different way to play an audio file in accordion.
You can try using any of the following plugins to use accordion and audio files.

If that plugin doesn’t work for you then try using alternate plugins like the following.

Let me explain it to you one more time.
The Jevelin theme is compatible with the WPBakery page builder.
There isn’t anything called the education theme but only the Jevelin theme.
We have created some demo content such as Education, Construction template etc. to show you how you can create websites using Jevelin theme.
These demo content are created using Unyson page builder and recently we also started creating it using WPBakery page builder.
We will create Education demo content using WPBakery page builder soon.
Please advise if you have more questions.
You can change its color by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

The Education demo content is created using Unyson page builder and not WPBakery Page builder so it won’t work with WPBakery Page builder.
You have to create the Education template manually from scratch using WPBakery Page builder.

The medical is a template of Jevelin theme and not a theme.
First please download the below Jevelin theme and install it as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-theme/
Then you can import the Medical template demo content as described on the below page.

It seems the issue of GT3 Page Builder that you are using on your website so please contact the plugin support to resolve it.
