I tried to log into your shared site but getting a password is incorrect error.
Please make sure that the password is correct and working fine.

You didn’t need to purchase the WPBakery page builder plugin as it comes bundled with the theme that you can install it from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
I logged into your website and imported the demo content.

You have to use a plugin such as below to generate it.

To resolve this, you have to delete all the content on your website using below plugin and then import the demo content.
I don’t see any issue on your shared video so could you please describe it a bit?
Also, I can see you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please delete all existing data on your website using WP reset plugin and then import the demo content.

You can increase its height by setting the min-height option of the section as shown in the attached screenshot.

It seems you have made the changes on the page that caused it to be non-responsive.
You can resolve it either by reverting the changes made one by one which is time consuming or delete the existing content and import the education demo content again as described on the below page.
