The page is created using WPBakery page builder so please edit that page and the row contacting Subscribe form and there you can change the background image of the row as shown in the attached screenshot.

No, it is not.
The CSS code added in the custom CSS tab of theme options has more specificity than the CSS added in the style.css file of the child theme as the former one gets embedded directly in the webpage as an internal stylesheet.
If you refer to the information provided on the above shared pages then you will understand it.
As requested could you please share the screenshots of the issue?
Have you tested for the plugin conflict as described above?

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
There are warning when installing demo,
You get this warning message when you don’t activate the WooCommerce plugin when importing the demo content.
This is not a major issue as your demo content is imported successfully.
and the website does not work properly after installation
Could you please tell me exactly what problem you are facing?
Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not working properly so that I can troubleshoot it?

Plus I noticed that the file has appeared in the media tab of my dashboard. Is that normal? (see screenshot)
No, it is not normal so please delete it.

I could confirm the issue on your shared site but it is working fine for me on my test site.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

There isn’t any theme option to display a different logo on mobile so you have to develop custom code to achieve this.

You can display whole WPbakery Page Builder Widgets sidebar there containing the widgets but doesn’t have an option to display specific widget.
