You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Shufflehound teamI find that if I remove homepage settings posts page to nothing the content displays normally but then I don’t get the widgets on the side?
You have to edit the page and change its Page layout as displayed in the attached screenshot.
I am also finding that any posts are replicated below? Is this a widget I need to remove?
You have to remove the Recent Posts element that you have added in the content area of that page.
It’s the plugin issue so please contact the plugin support to resolve it.

How to get rid of the overlay in “recent posts”?
You can remove the overlay by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

You get this warning message when you don’t activate the WooCommerce plugin when importing the demo content.
This is not a major issue as your demo content gets imported successfully.

It means the theme is displaying the Footer Instagram Section correctly but the Instagram widget provided by plugin is not working so please contact the plugin support to resolve the issue.
You can make the footer widgets full width by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

We don’t have an option to make the threads private but you can mark your reply as private as described above.
