Solution for this topic
Hi @mesc,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that it is enabled for the header template in the WPBakery Page Builder Settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Also, could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Yes, it has nothing to do with the theme but your WordPress setup.
To resolve this, you can either reinstall the WordPress or contact your WebHost to resolve it.
Could you please tell me which page template you are referring to by sharing the page URL from the below demo website?
You are most welcome here 🙂
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container div.container { padding-left: 15px !important; padding-right: 15px !important; }
Yes, you can try that.
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
The demo content imported on your website is created using Elementor so you can disable all other page builders except Elementor on your website.
Hi @silverh20,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems you are referring to the below demo content that is created using the Unyson page builder.
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/landing2/
You can set the background video to the section as shown in the attached screenshots.

Shufflehound team
Please set the below page as your homepage in your website Reading settings.
https://giselaestella.com.br/home-creative-wpbakery/
If you have upgraded to the Redux framework then you have to deactivate the Unyson plugin on your website.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
I have notified the theme developer about this so that it will troubleshoot and fixed.
Hi @raonikir,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Could you please first delete all the content on your website using the below plugin?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/
Then make sure that you have activated the theme and all the theme required plugins from Admin Area -> Appearance ->Â Install Plugins
After that please import the demo content as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/blog/2018/01/24/installing-demo/
If you are still facing the issue then could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It depends on which demo content you have imported so could you please tell me and also share your website URL where you have imported the demo content?
Could you please remove those images and add them again but make sure that you are using your blog URL in the image source URL and not IP address?
Hi @OMC,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Could you please share your site URL so that I can help you?
Awesome great to see you got that figured out.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
