Solution for this topic
Hi @carergarden,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can try using the below plugin to achieve this.

I logged into your website and cleared the WP Super Cache on your website and now the icons are displaying fine as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please confirm it?
Could you please try using a different browser?
Also, could you please just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty theme on your site and check whether everything works fine.
Hi @OMC,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
Do I must have Elementor and WPBakery Page Builder installed in order to work with this template?
No, you don’t need to install them If you have not imported the demo content created using them.
What are the functions of each of these two builders within this theme?
They do not provide any functions within this theme. They are page builders that you can use to create pages and If you don’t want to use them then you can use the built-in WordPress editor.
I have been working with Elementor, and if I don’t need to have WPBakery Page Builder, I would rather not have it and keep only Elementor.
Yes, you can use any page builder that you want to.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Hi @OMC,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can disable the Bookmark icon as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please contact WPML support to display WPML language switch there.
Best regards,

Hi @dyrecta,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
1. I had development problems with the Firefox browser: very often WpBakery and the import of graphics and constructors did not work. When I use Firefox very often everything crashed and nothing worked anymore. I had to interrupt my work and start over with Chrome – wasting a lot of time.
This is a Firefox browser-specific issue so please try clearing browser cache, deactivating all browser extensions, and make sure that you are using the latest version of the browser.
2. Now the WpBakery, backend side, no longer works. I can only use the frontend: it all happened suddenly, I didn’t install any new plugins, I was just typing some text.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme.
Please make sure that you have configured the settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Please try clearing the cache of the WP-Optimize Cache plugin or contact the plugin support to know how to configure its settings properly.
I visited your website but didn’t see the issue.
Could you please share the screenshot of the issue and also try clearing your browser cache?
I have already shared you latest theme version in the above earlier reply.
You are most welcome here 🙂

Hi @MMilesMM,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
html body { background-attachment: fixed; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
It seems the menu displays fine for me now after deactivating the WP-Optimize Cache.
Could you please confirm it?
You are most welcome here 🙂
Unyson is depricated, do I need it?
You don’t need it If you are using the Redux plugin and upgraded to the Redux framework.
Deactivating all plugins except the list above -> the tree images are neither visible in Chrome nor in Safari!
Reactivating all plugins -> images are no longer visible in Chrome
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

Hi @offpeak,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This is happening because of the below CSS code that you have added on your website using Yellow Pencil Editor so please remove it from Yellow Pencil Editor.
#header-navigation .sh-nav-container .sh-nav > .menu-item > a { color: #47c9e5; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Yes, when I used the TwentyTwenty theme, the three images were visible in Chrome but not in Safari. Same effect as with the Gillion theme.
Then it means this is not a theme-specific issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
What about the WP Super Cache plugin – can I reactivate it?
Yes, you can reactivate it after finishing the troubleshooting.
