If that does not work then you can contact their plugin support.
Alternatively, you can try using the below plugin.
You are most welcome here 🙂
From your admin page, go to ‘Appearances’ → ‘Themes.’ Once there, ‘Activate’ the popular TwentyTwenty theme. Now check your website, if the issues disappear with the theme change then you’ve found yourself in the middle of a theme conflict. For the time being, please change the theme to the Gillion theme.
Alternatively, you can also use the below plugin to check conflict.
Hi @krollemurow,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can try achieving this using the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below page.

Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It’s a very small screenshot.
Could you please share the screenshot of the whole screen?
Hi @services_yuuall,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the WP Super Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also, could you please temporarily use the Twenty Twenty theme on your site and check If everything works fine?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You are most welcome here 🙂
I can see the footer on your website as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Hi @speciaali,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The countdown element of wpbakery page builder is causing the issue therefore I have disabled it on your website home page.
I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
1) I have a problem with the header which is not transparent but white before scrolling.
2) there is white space at the end below the footer.
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.home #wrapper > .sh-page-layout-default { padding: 0; }
3) unfortunately your css for max-width did not work and the text stretches a lot
Could you please share the screenshot of it?
Also, please tell me how you want to display it.
The theme doesn’t style anything in the admin area and editor.
This is how the WordPress editor styles it.
Hi @bobbinkz,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s displaying fine for me using the latest version of the Gillion theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Could you please share the screenshot of what is displaying to you?
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I logged into your website and saw it works fine If I deactivate one row on the home page as shown in the attached screenshot.
It seems one of the elements used on the row is causing the issue so please find it out by removing the elements one by one.
IF I make the upgrade to 5.0.4, will it fix the issues as stated above?
No, it seems this won’t fix the issue but you can just try it.
As said above that the content is corrupted due to some reason so you have to restore it If you have a backup or recreate it by importing the demo content.
IF I make the upgrade, will there be any conflicts with the rest of the site?
No
You are most welcome here 🙂
Solution for this topic
Hi @juliesparks,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I changed the Header template to 4 as shown in the attached screenshot and it started displaying the same now.
Could you please confirm it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It’s displaying full height for me now as shown in the attached screenshot.
Have you managed to achieve it?
Here is the link to my test site, you will see that in the mobile responsive version the first section with the slide is small and not full screen.
It displays a full screen for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Also I have the max-width issue in the third section where there are two columns side by side, the first one with a photo background and the second one with text content and I would like to block this one with at a maximum width.
You can set max-width by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.elementor-element-76fde67 .elementor-column .elementor-widget-wrap { max-width: 90% !important; }
Hi @p,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening?
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Best regards,

Hi Letizia,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
