I imported the home creative demo successfully on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please check it?
I can see the video is allowed to autoplay and as described in the below page all videos that are set to autoplay will be muted automatically due toΒ new browser restrictions.

So to resolve the issue, please try disabling the video autoplay.
It seems from your shared error message that the wp-instagram-widget plugin is already active on your site and you are trying to install another version of it so please make sure that you have deactivated or deleted older versions of the plugin before installing new one.

I have tested it again but the video still displays muted for me on desktop using chrome browser.
Which browser are you using on desktop?

I logged into your shared site and it seems happening because you are using HTTPS on your site but used HTTP in your site General Settings as shown in the attached screenshot so please change it to HTTPS.
