Hi @cyu1012,
Thank you for your question.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
As requested above please tell me exactly what is not working in it so that I can troubleshoot it.
Also, how come my only option for inserting images is large or full?
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
Revolution disappear and it’s just horrible :(((((((((((((
What do you mean by ‘Revolution disappear’?
Please explain it a bit more in detail.
If the Revolution slider plugin is deactivated then please activate it from Appearance -> Install Plugins
@luis.lemc Please try disabling the Unyson page builder for the page as described in the above reply.
Solution for this topic
@rodrigue75 I logged into your shared site and you were also using the Unyson page builder for the page where you are using WpBakery page builder, therefore, they were conflicting with each other.
I resolved the issue by disabling the Unyson page builder for the page on clicking on the Default Editor button as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please confirm it?

HI @willdthrill,

Hi @medeaweb,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes you can use custom font on your site as described in the following pages but you have to manually apply the font to the elements developing CSS code as there isn’t any theme option for it.

In the new WordPress Block Editor (Gutenberg), you can align the images as described in the below page.

I could confirm the issue on IOS device.
You can resolve it either by disabling full height option of the row containing the slider or use the below custom CSS code on your site.
#content > .vc_row.vc_row-o-full-height { min-height: 0 ! important; }
Hi Gustavo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme by referring below WordPress template hierarchy information.
https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/template-hierarchy/
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

You can remove it by using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-admin-css/ and adding below custom CSS code in its settings.
#wp-toolbar li#wp-admin-bar-jevelin-options { display: none !important; }
Thank you for sharing the site credentials.
I logged into your site and saw you are using an older outdated version of PHP on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please update the PHP to the latest version by contacting your web host and see whether the issue gets resolved.
I could confirm the issue on your shared site but it is working fine on my test site.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
I can see you are using older version of the theme on your site so please try using below updated version.

Hi @ert1291,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You don’t need to activate it as you are using the plugin version bundled with the theme and as you are not a direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin yourself until you purchase it.
Please find more information about it on the following page.
https://www.themepunch.com/faq/purchase-code-registration-faqs/#1447194367831-7941a825-85b2
https://www.themepunch.com/faq/update-to-5-0-via-ftp/
We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins
Best regards,
