Which demo have you imported on your website?
Is the demo created using WPBakery page builder or Unyson page builder?
Our demos are not created using brizy page builder so don’t use it to edit the pages created by importing the demo content.

How do I display a combination of category like Indonesia AND Profile, or Thailand AND News? Screenshot 1
You can add multiple categories separated by line-break( Enter ) but can’t so the combination of categories.
I have 7 posts under profile category but it only displayed one. Screenshot 2 & Screenshot 3
Could you please share me the screenshot of the all category element options that you have configured so that I can troubleshoot it?

Your question is already answered but it seems you didn’t notice it.
On the shared page https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-demo/ it says that the New demo installation method (doesn’t replace site content like pages, posts and images) so your site content won’t be deleted.
Also, in your question you said “my customised pages in the child theme” which I answered below.
The demo content is saved in the database so it has nothing to do with your child theme files.

Not exactly but you can display content added in the blog page content area above the blog posts by enabling the “Blog Editor Content” option in the Blog Page Settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
