It seems you have already installed multiple instances of Yellow pencil editor plugin so please deactivate and delete them from your site Plugins page in the admin area and reinstall it from Appearance -> Install Plugins
Hi @krollemurow,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The category page is a dynamic page and not static page so you can’t edit it using page builder.
To edit it, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

The javascript error is occurring on your site due to the facebook code that you have added in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
I could confirm the video issue on my test site, therefore, notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
It seems the markup of the single post page is not correct on your site.
Have you made any changes in the single post page theme file?
This can be child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Gillion theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.
If it’s nothing above stated then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Those are dynamic pages and not static pages so they are not saved.
You can try achieving this using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

Hi @dellgirl,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I could confirm the issue on your site but it is working fine on my test site using below the latest version of the theme.

Please clear and temporarily disable the cache that you are using on your site so that I can troubleshoot the issue.

I would love to know how to enable a sidebar on the home page to allow the About Me section.
Please edit your site home page and set its page layout to sidebar as shown in the attached screenshot.
Maybe something that appears/disappears while people scroll? Is this possible?
Could you please share me the site URL of where it’s displaying as an example so that I can help you?
Hi @mgomen,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
We have not fully tested those page builders with the theme but we saw they are working fine and many Jevelin users are using them on their sites.

Hi @mgomen,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please try clearing and temporarily disabling the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your shared site?

Here’s the screenshot.
Hi @QBadmin,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme, Brizy and WPBakery page builder.
This can be your WordPress setup issue so to confirm it just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If you still face the issue then it’s your site issue.
We can troubleshoot the issue and resolve it.
You can request the refund from the Themeforest where you have purchased the theme.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I understood your requirements.
Currently, the portfolio content element does not provide this feature.
To achieve this, you have to either use any portfolio plugin or develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support

I visited your shared site and saw it is displaying in the bottom of single post page as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
You are most welcome here 🙂

Solution for this topic
Hi @pzl,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
May I check on the purpose of the Author Additional Box under Theme Settings > Blog?
At the same time, how can I add a about author box at the end of each blog post?
This is the purpose of Additional Box under Theme Settings > Blog that displays author box at the end of each blog post.
I tried switching it on and off but didn’t see any difference.
Please switch it turn on and make sure you have added some information in the
Biographical Info of the author profile as shown in the attached screenshot so that it will display at the end of each blog post created by that author.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
