Solution for this topic
Hi @saikate,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be a W3 Total Cache issue that you are using on your website so please clear the cache after uploading the logo and also clear the browser cache that you are using on mobile.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Could you please share the screenshot of what is broken on your website when you deactivate the Unyson plugin?
Are you using the Unyson page builder or WPBakery page builder to create pages?
I logged into your website and the WPBakery page builder works fine for me as shown in the attached screenshots.
Could you please test it using a different browser?
I can not access that page without placing the order.
You can try resolving this using the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below page.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.blog-slider-item #jarallax-container-0 div { transform: none !important; }

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?

It seems the option changes the CSS specificity causing the issue.
You can either disable that option or contact the WP Rocket cache plugin support to resolve the issue.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where the parallax effect is displaying so that I can help you?
Hi @ftahumour,

Yes, this is a known issue that will be fixed in the future version of the theme.

Hi @supermegalino,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Are you getting any errors when you try to use it?
Could you please share the screenshot of the issue?
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

Hi @saikate,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Now It is not necessary to move to the Redux framework but the Unyson framework is becoming obsolete and you have to move to the Redux framework in the future.
If you upgrade to the Redux framework then please make sure that you deactivate the Unyson plugin on your website.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I don’t see any issue on your shared website now.
Could you please tell me where you are facing the issue by sharing the screenshot?
The logo displays fine for me on mobile as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please test it clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
Currently, there is no option to use the SVG logo without developing custom code.
You can add a 5px space on the top and bottom of the Logo by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-header-builder-main .sh-header-builder-logo img { padding: 5px 0; }
I logged into your website and edited the home page to change the slider as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please confirm it?
What you have described is not a correct way to use the font but I logged into your website and saw you are using the font correctly by using the Custom Fonts plugin as shown in the attached screenshot.
You have to just apply the font to any element on your website by adding the CSS code in your theme settings on the below path as shown in the second attached screenshot.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
Please let me know after troubleshooting the issue as described above.
You are most welcome here 🙂
