There aren’t any settings to customize it but you can try customizing it by using the Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

It is supposed to have the left sidebar and then three columns, however only two columns show products and there is a blank column to the right. in the settings it is set to be three columns ā I donāt understand why CSS code is needed to get this to work?
Could you please share me the screenshot of the whole screen where you have configured the settings to display three columns so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also ā I would prefer to have more spacing in between the sidebar and first column of products

Before the introduction of the CSS code, the individual product pages used to show an image to the left, and then details (price, size choice etc) to the right. Now they are on top of each other. Feels like a similar issue to the shop page?
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please try temporarily removing the custom CSS code from your site and deactivating the fusion plugin.

This is happening because of the wrong CSS code added in the Yellow Pencil editor so please reset and remove the CSS code from Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below pages.

Just edit those elements and align them to the right and left respectively.
If you can’t do that then would you mind if I log in to your site and do it? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Just edit the homepage of your site and configure the contact form settings added in it as shown in the attached screenshots.

Shufflehound teamI have updated to the most recent version and I still canāt activate the categories. Stuck between a rock and a hard place here as Woocommerce was my first point of call, and they sent be to theme developers.

To confirm whether it is a theme issue, just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
On a separate note ā how do I change the look of my products from how they are displayingĀ here,Ā to look like inĀ this demoĀ (the card look with a shadow)

If the Unyson plugin support is not active then you can consider using any other plugin to achieve the same.
Not 100% sure, but I think only happens when the site and the video havenāt completely loaded yet.
Then this will happen as to display the site properly all HTML, CSS and Javscript code need to load in the browser.
You need to optimize your site to decrease the site loading time.

Please temporarily remove all the custom CSS code that you are using on your and clear the WP Fastest Cache that you are using.
Also please use the Jevelin theme instead of the child theme.

My website logo looks fine on desktop, but when I open it on my smartphone, the logo looks pixelated.
What can I do about this?
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

On desktop the font size stays the same, while the font weight is different for the words āpersonal,..ā. On my smartphone the words with larger font weight are actually in lower font size.
Please ask slider related questions to the slider revolution support.

The 404 page is a dynamic page and not static page so you won’t find it in the site admin area.
