Yes, as confirmed above the theme customizer issue will be resolved and currently, you can use theme settings to make the changes.
I am not sure how you have styled it.
Have you made sure that both the widgets and mailchimp forms are configured similarly and you are using below latest version of the theme?

This is happening because of the javscript error message displayed on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I can see you have added below your own MailChimp form style that overrides the site stylesheet causing this issue so please remove it.

I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile, you can change it from theme settings as displayed in the attached screenshot.
