Which font have you tried using?
Could you please change the font to web safe font on your site?
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you?
How are you displaying the footer text on your site?
Could you please share me the screenshot from admin area of your site where you have added the footer text?
Solution for this topic
Please don’t share sensitive information on the forum as this is public forum so the information shared can be misused by others.
Please change the shared credentials ASAP.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-counter-number:after {
content: "+";
display: inline-block;
font-size: 35px;
vertical-align: top;
}
#counter-9da4e0e625060959e670601059498a36 .sh-counter-number:after {
display: none;
}
I visited your shared site and it seems everything fine for me.
Could you please tell me which changes you want to make on the site so that I can help you?
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Then it seems another type of cache exist on your site causing this issue.
You can visit the below CSS file
https://www.oggicucinamirco.it/food/wp-content/uploads/gillion-dynamic-styles.css
Then see the same CSS file on your server using FTP that the file on the server is updated but above CSS file is old one due to cache.
I troubleshoot it and found out that this is happening because of aggressive caching by SG Optimizer used on your site but I can’t clear or purge its cache as displayed in the attached screenshot.
So please contact the plugin developer or SiteGround Performance services to resolve it.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Ok
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you to achieve it?

Hi @Zelda,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The translation file only contains static text but the text displayed in your shared screenshot is a dynamic text so you have to translate them as described in the below page.
https://support.shufflehound.com/theme-translation/
Or change it from the admin area as displayed in the attached screenshots.
Best regards,

Hi @Zelda,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Try adding <br/> tag in the text where you want to break it.

Hi Lisa,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can either allow accessing that font site URL in your secured environment or use the custom font as described in the below pages but you have to manually apply the font to the elements developing CSS code as there isn’t any theme option for it.

Hi @BigPurpleBox,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
There isn’t any theme option to achieve this so to achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Those strings are not from the theme.
You can use any of the following plugins to change the text.
