Do you get an email sent by Check Email plugin or any other email from your site such as a comment or user registration email?
You can troubleshoot and fix the email not getting sent issue as described in the below pages.

If it is contact form 7 related issue then please contact the plugin support to resolve it.
Please don’t share sensitive information on the forum as this is public forum so the information shared can be misused by others.
Please change the shared credentials ASAP.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.
That text option is provided by the yith-woocommerce-advanced-product-options-premium plugin that you are using on your site so please contact the plugin support to resolve it.

Let’s troubleshoot and resolve this issue completely.
Could you please disable the autoptimize and any other cache that you are using on your site so that I can troubleshoot it?

That page is a blog page and I want similar page URL from your site.
If you are still confused then would you mind if I log in to your site and access it? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
