You can customize the theme and all of its template like any other WordPress theme using child theme.

The theme is developed following WordPress theme development standards so all contact form plugins will work fine with it without any issue.
We have only included Contact Form 7 content element in the Unyson page builder but you can also use any other contact form plugin using its shortcode.

You are checking it in the Post settings but instead, you should check it in the Page settings as shown in my above shared screenshot.
You have to edit the page where the posts are displaying.
In the Blog Category option of the Page Settings, you can select healthy lifestyle category as shown in the attached screenshot so that only the posts of that category will be displayed.
Please clear and temporarily disable the cache that you are using on your site.
Also please make sure you are not using that widget in demo mode.
You can add an image like that by configuring the page header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
