Hi @bhs1234567890,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Have you made any changes to the slider?
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I can see it just displays for a second and then hides as shown in the attached screenshot.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
I could confirm the issue that the page header options are not getting saved as shown in the attached screenshot and you have to change them every time you make changes to the page.
I have notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
I just said, on the portfolio beneath the comparasion So not the one you just changed.
You have to edit the portfolio element and make the changes in it as below.
remove menu
Please disable it as shown in the first attached screenshot.
remove overlay
remove that + sign on the pictures
To achieve this, please disable the overlay option of the portfolio as shown in the second attached screenshot.
I don’t see it.
Which browser are you using?
Could you please test it using a different browser?
To help us keep the support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
No, there is no CSS code.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support

Hi @Brand911,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.single-post article .post-thumbnail a.post-lightbox { display: none; }

Then please just try resetting the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

You are most welcome here 🙂
Are you sure it’s not related to my site setup? Because I think on a clean WP instal it works.
Yes, this can be specific to your website.
Is it possible for you to delete all the content on your website and recreate it?
You can delete all the content using the below plugin.

Also I found another issues yesterday. Should I make a new ticket for that or do you want to know about it here?
It would be helpful to manage If you create a new topic for it.
I visited your shared website but I didn’t see the footer broken as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Are you getting any errors when using the Yellow pencil editor or anything else?
Could you please share the screenshot of the issue?
Yes, the changes that you have made in the theme file will be removed after the theme update.
You should do it as I said in my earlier reply.

There is no option in the timeline element settings to disable it.
