Shufflehound teamYou can create Portfolio + Side Header by configuring the page settings as displayed in the attached screenshots.
I have already provided you all the instructions but it seems you have missed some steps causing you confusion so here below I am again listing all those instructions step by step so please follow them step by step and give me feedback of each steps.
1) Install below listed latest version of theme and activate it on your site.
2) You will get Headers option in the admin menu of your site. Please refer first attached screenshot. You have to click on Add New link to create new header for your site.
3) After creating header, it will display in the Header Template theme option as shown in the second attached screenshot that you have to select.Solution for this topic

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.

In the meanwhile, you can achieve this using recent_products shortcode and its arguments as described in the below page.

Also please edit your site home page and make sure that its Page settings are configured as displayed in the attached screenshots.

If you want that then you can use Legacy demo installation method from Tools > Demo Content Install
Please note that the legacy demo installation method replaces site content and could not work in some hosting servers.

I logged into your site and saw you are using many page editors on your site causing conflict and issues.
I have disabled Elementor page builder on your site and your site started working fine.
Please use only one page builder on your site and stick to it. Do not edit content created by one pager builder by other orelse the content will damage.
