You are most welcome here 🙂
You can add that icon in the theme customizer Site Icon option as shown in the attached screenshot.
Hi @supporttester,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you to remove it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Solution for this topic
You can add that title in the content area of INGREDIENT INTELLIGENCE page and enable Blog Editor Content option of that page as shown in the attached screenshot.
Hi @AndreSiqueira,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also could you please ask the plugin developer to know what may be causing this issue?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @RichXL,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?
Also could you please share me the address that you want to set in the map?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It seems not working on your site because of CSS specifcity issue so please try using below custom CSS code instead of above shared.
#page-container .sh-header-search-close i, #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a, #page-container .sh-header #header-logo-title, #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a > i, #page-container .sh-header-mobile-navigation li.menu-item > a > i, #page-container .sh-header-left-side li.menu-item > a, #page-container .sh-header-left-2 .sh-side-button-search, #page-container .sh-header-left-2 .sh-side-button-cart, #page-container .sh-header-left-2 .sh-side-button-cart .sh-nav-cart i, #page-container .sh-header-left-2 .sh-nav li.menu-item > a.fa:before { color: rgba(43,43,43,0.69) !important; } #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item:hover:not(.sh-nav-social) > a, #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item:hover:not(.sh-nav-social) > a > i, #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.sh-nav-social > a:hover > i, #page-container .sh-header-mobile-navigation li > a:hover > i, #page-container .sh-header-left-side li.menu-item > a:hover { color: #000000 !important; }
I checked it again in your site footer widget area and saw you have still not configured the widget options as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please configure it.
Solution for this topic
To resolve that please try using below custom CSS code instead of above.
#header-navigation .sh-nav > li.menu-item:nth-child(1):hover > a { color: #d61c1c !important; } #header-navigation .sh-nav > li.menu-item:nth-child(1):hover > a { color: #d61c1c !important; } #header-navigation .sh-nav > li.menu-item:nth-child(1):hover > a { color: #d61c1c !important; } #header-navigation .sh-nav > li.menu-item:nth-child(1):hover > a { color: #d61c1c !important; } #header-navigation .sh-nav > li.menu-item:nth-child(1):hover > a { color: #d61c1c !important; } #header-navigation .sh-nav > li.menu-item:nth-child(1):hover > a { color: #d61c1c !important; } #header-navigation .sh-nav > li.menu-item:nth-child(1):hover > a { color: #d61c1c !important; }
Hi @Pioes,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Your shared screenshot is too small to understand which position you are referring so could you please share me the screenshot of the whole screen?
Also could you please share me the page URL from your site where you want to display it so that I can help you to achieve it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I have disassaged what you told me but in the contact page when I give a space with the keyboard I keep going down.
What do you mean by “disassaged”?
Do you mean you have troubleshot it disabling plugins?
Hi @fjtheagency,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
After activating the Jevelin theme on your site, you can install Slider Revolution Plugin from the admin area of your site on the path Appearance -> Install Plugins

You are most welcome here 🙂
Some of them have custom code as I said and the others doesn’t have it.
Do you mean the custom excerpt?
The shared credentials doeesn’t work for me and I get an error message as shown in the attached screenshot.
I could confirm the issue on my test site which only occurs when you set primary header to light therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can try resolving the issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-header-search-close i, .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a, .sh-header #header-logo-title, .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a > i, .sh-header-mobile-navigation li.menu-item > a > i, .sh-header-left-side li.menu-item > a, .sh-header-left-2 .sh-side-button-search, .sh-header-left-2 .sh-side-button-cart, .sh-header-left-2 .sh-side-button-cart .sh-nav-cart i, .sh-header-left-2 .sh-nav li.menu-item > a.fa:before { color: rgba(43,43,43,0.69) !important; } .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item:hover:not(.sh-nav-social) > a, .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item:hover:not(.sh-nav-social) > a > i, .sh-header .sh-nav > li.sh-nav-social > a:hover > i, .sh-header-mobile-navigation li > a:hover > i, .sh-header-left-side li.menu-item > a:hover { color: #000000 !important; }
Solution for this topic
Hi @b_sanj,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
Currently the drop down menus are ‘CANVAS ART’ and ‘VIDEOS’ – please look at the screenshot I have added. I want the user to ONLY be able to select one of those, not the ‘PORTFOLIO’ heading. Is this possible?
Try adding parent Portfolio menu item as a custom link as shown in the attached screenshot.
Also how do I edit the drop down visual, rather than being side by side, I want the drop down menu to under each other, rather than side by side.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-nav ul.mega-menu-row li.mega-menu-col { float: none; width: 100%; }
Best regards,

Also please share me the page URL from your site where you are displaying it.
