Please update PHP version to the latest version by contacting your web host and then import the demo content.

We are just theme developer and Unyson plugin developer that provides that contact form so it is not implemented in the contact form.
You can either use the Text Block content element along with Contact form content element and add link into it as described in the above reply or consider using any other contact form plugin that provides this functionality.
