Are you using IIS server?
It is server related issue so please contact your web host to resolve it.
It is a custom taxonomy name generated by Unyson plugin and not theme so you have to translate the plugin.
The easiest way to do this is using any of the following plugins.
It’s really weird issue and can be hosting specific so please contact your web host to know whether they restrict anything.
I have attached older theme versions to this reply.

On your site home page you are using Unyson contact form element and not contact form 7 as shown in the attached screenshot.
I just saved its settings and captcha started displaying on your site.
Could you please confirm it?
You can’t directly change that file.
You need to use POT file editor such as poedit as described in the following page.

It is a known Unyson plugin issue as described in the following page.

To resolve the issue please download latest Unyson plugin version from the following page and install it manually on your site.
As written in my above reply that You can either update the theme POT file using poedit or use any of the following plugins to translate it.

You can fix it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
Could you please try deleting and resetting the log?
Also could you please share me the logo image URL from your site so that I can help you?
