You can create a custom footer area and add the content in it as shown in the attached screenshots.
As said earlier you can take backup of your website and import the demo content.

Currently, you can only add content above the blog posts and not below it.
You can instead try adding the form in the footer area.

I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my website.
This may be happening because you are using multiple cache plugins on your website so please use any one cache plugin.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Import Demo Data
I recommend you take a backup of your website to restore it If anything goes wrong.
