Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I logged into your shared site and saw you had not installed theme required Unyson plugin on your site as shown in the attached screenshot which I installed now and your site is displaying fine now.
Also I can see you are using older version of theme on your site so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I am getting 403 Forbidden error.
Are you using any security plugin?
If yes then please temporary disable it.
Also please test it on a different system or ask any of your colleague to test it.

It will display on hovering over it.
Your shared site credentials are not working and I am getting below error so please make sure shared credentials are correct and working fine.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
If you are using both Unyson page builder and Wpbakery page builder then please make sure that you disable Unyson page builder for that page when you use Wpbakery page builder.
To disable Unyson page builder for that page just click on “Default Editor” button of Unyson page builder as shown in the attached screenshot.

You can change it by either translating the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/theme-translation/ or using any of the following plugins to change it.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.
