The theme doesn’t provide that functionality as it is in plugin territory so you can achieve it either searching & using plugin for it or develop custom code to achieve this.
Those are header borders.
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.primary-desktop-light .sh-header-6:not(.sh-sticky-header-active) .header-logo, .primary-desktop-light .sh-header:not(.sh-sticky-header-active):not(.sh-header-10) { border: 0 !important; }First please try clearing cache from WP super cache plugin and if it doesn’t work then use the below caching plugin.

Please tell me a bit more in detail what you meant by “login/logout with the comment function does not comply with login plugin” and what exact issue you are facing.

You can use yellow pencil editor to position it as described in the below page.
