Hi @tiffanymavery,
Thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me exactly where are you embedding it by sharing the screenshot of it?
Does it work fine for you using default WordPress Twenty Seventeen theme?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @airfr8,
Thank you for your question.
I logged in to your shared site but didn’t see any error message on it and the Jevelin theme seems working fine.
Could you please tell me exactly when you get the error message so that I can reproduce and troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi Paul,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Does it happen for you on desktop on swipe?
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?

Hi @kurthamel,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
My main menu at the top of the page won’t show all links that I add to menu. Right now it will only show 3. How do I change this?
Please make sure that you have set the menu location as Header Navigation as shown in the attached screenshot.
Also, where should I go to edit the size of the top bar contact info (location, email, phone number)? Right now they are very small and hard to read.
You can increase their size by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.header-contacts-item .header-contacts-details { font-size: 15px; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Yes but it doesn’t work for me.
Are you availing any service from gestiondecuenta which the message mentioned?
Please create support topic for it there to resolve the issue.
Sure we will update you here in this topic after fixing the issue.
Actually after sending an email, you need to notify us here in this topic as we don’t provide support by email and don’t check it frequently.
Awesome great to see you got that fixed.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
I am not sure why you are uploading theme zip file in media library.
Please advise.
Are you using Thrive Content Builder which is causing this issue?
If yes then please try temporary disabling it.
I tried to log in to your site using shared site credentials but getting the error message “Oops, that’s not the right password. Please try again!”.
Please make sure the credentials are correct and working fine.
Do you want to move it on Single post page or on posts archive page such as blog or on all pages?
Hi @indkmg,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can create it using Icon Box and Contact Form content elements and configuring them as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You are most welcome here 🙂
If the images are same size and product names & other data are same then they will display aligned.
Or you can try making their height same by developing custom solution as shared in the following pages.
https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/make-all-shop-items-description-boxes-the-same-size
Thank you for sharing the site credentials but when I try to login to your site I only get the message as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Hi @MultiScreen,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can remove them by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-testimonials-quote:before, #page-container .sh-testimonials-quote:after { display: none; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @maraloiu,
Thank you for your question.
I can see your site is slow but it also happens when I use Twenty Seventeen theme so it doesn’t seem theme related issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also please contact your web host to know why this is happening.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
