@scullen Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?
The shared child theme is working fine for me on my test site.
What do you mean by broke the site? Are you getting any error message?
Please be a bit specific or temporary provide me your site login credentials so that I can troubleshoot it myself.
HI @DirkahDirkah,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can try regenerating thumbnails using following plugin.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
If the issue still persists then could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,

You are always welcome here 🙂
I could confirm the issue on my test site that occurs if I create posts in Draft therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
I have already seen the video that’s why suggesting you to increase the width of the image.
Solution for this topic
You can style it in the post using Dropcaps format as shown in the attached screenshot.
I tested your site on https://validator.w3.org/ but didn’t get any such Error: CSS: border-radius
: Unknown dimension
This can be due to plugin used on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is generating that CSS.
ok

Hi Paul,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Could you please make sure to use below latest version of Jevelin theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file

Solution for this topic
I could confirm the issue on my test site which only occurs after activating Sticky Mobile Header in the theme header settings therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can try resolving the issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-page-notice[style*="display: block"] + header.primary-mobile .sh-sticky-mobile-header { top: 85px; } .sh-page-notice[style*="display: block"] + header.primary-mobile .sh-sticky-mobile-header.sh-sticky-mobile-header-active{ top: 0; }
I am not sure how you are installing the child theme but you can see in the attached screenshot that it contains duplicate directories.
Please delete all the Jevelin child themes on your site and then install the shared child theme.
You are most welcome here 🙂
@jpim Could you please try using below latest version of theme and see whether it resolves the issue?

Hi @photobernard,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The gravity form comes with shortcode that you can use in your contact page as described in the following pages.
https://docs.gravityforms.com/shortcodes/
https://docs.gravityforms.com/embedding-a-form/
Are you having any issue using it?
If yes then what?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Then just increase the width of the image.
