Actually when you type long message then it doesn’t return but instead it breaks the message and display some part in new line because of smaller size of text field which can’t contain whole message text in new line.
If you want to display text in new line then just press Enter key and write it on new line.
Sure we will update you here.
I have notified the issues to the theme developer so that it will be fixed.
It will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can try using contact form provided by following plugin.

I visited your shared site but didn’t see the code used anywhere on the site as you have displayed in your screenshot so could you please tell me where you have added it?
Also please clear the cache and temporary disable it that you are using on your site.
Do you want to display it below single post post title as shown in the attached screenshot?
@Eric This topic is resolved so to help us keep support thread separates could you please create new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
I logged in to your site and temporary changed contact form email id to my email id and sent test email which displays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshots.
It seems the issue is occurring due to email client that you are using so please try using another email client.
Yes I know where is the logo is displaying but what I am asking your is that the logo image is same which you have set in your theme header settings and I don’t see any difference between the logo image set and what is displaying on your site.
Please make sure the set logo image is clear in view.
Then please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following page.

Hi Niloka,

I can see the following logo image that you have set on your site is displaying the same on your site so please set the sharp logo image on your site.

If you are still facing the issue then would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?
Best regards,

Hi Adam,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have sent a test email from your site using contact form so could you please share me screenshot of it so that I can understand how it displays for you?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Could you please tell me how it is affecting working of your site?
Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site admin log in details and site FTP details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?
To troubleshoot the issue, I logged in to your site and temporary added Blog slider on your site homepage but I didn’t get any error message as shown in the attached screenshots.
Could you please reproduce the issue so that I can troubleshoot it?
Looks absolutely correct… We are using windows 10 on all our machines.
We are using Ubuntu OS. We’ll troublehsoot the issue on windows.
Does the same happen for you on our demo site?
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/
Done. You are admin now.
I logged in to your site and saw you are using older version of PHP on your site as shown in the attached screenshot which seems causing this issue so please update your PHP version to the latest.
You can see supported PHP versions on this page https://secure.php.net/supported-versions.php
Hi @kerim234,
I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.
This is a simple PHP warning/notice and most of the time it doesn’t affect functionality of site so it is nothing to worry about!
Do you have WP_DEBUG set to true in your wp-config.php file?
If you do then please set it to false.
This will hide the warning messages and you will be able to use your site normally.
We’ll resolve these warnings in the future version of theme.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @digikrutt,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to configure your slider for mobile devices as described in the following pages.

@rachelmball Please check it in the Tools -> Demo Content Install screen as displayed in the above shared screenshot.
