No thank you. I don’t particularly want to have to change every page to match the homepage.

Clearly the plug-in update has a fault as I’m sure I’m not the only user with this major issue.

Can you please offer another solution?

I have included a page to view on a mobile device below. Also an image of what it looks like. The top header is completely chopped off. When you swipe down the screen you can also see yeh content it should be displaying. This error is happening on all pages

Sorry that did not fix the issue. If you view our website on a mobile device, you will notice ALL pages (expect homepage) top image is only showing half the image. You can swipe the screen down and you can see how much image is hiding behind the titlebar. We need this fixed.

Previous versions of theme did not have this issue. It is not something we have changed ourselves either.

Is there another way you could recommend to fix it please?

    Hello,

Cache has now been cleared and plugin deactivated.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I did previously purge the cache after updating everything but that obviously wasn’t enough. I’ve now deactivated then activated the cache plugin and everything seems to work now. Thank you

    I’m a little frustrated now.

    • I’ve downloaded Jevelin from Themeforest
    • Updated theme via wordpress
    • Updated to WordPress 5.5
    • cleared all cache etc
    • Problem still exists

My nav menu does not click at all. The drop down menus don’t appear

    Hi Shufflehound,

Thank you. That 100% setting works and is available within a ‘PAGE’ but the option is not available within a ‘BLOG POST’.

I’ve attached what options I have when adding a video within a post and also how the video currently looks on the blog post. You will see on a mobile view it’s completely out of proportion.

How can we fix the setting for blog posts?

Could you please explain where this option is to set the width in both page and post.

As mentioned in my previous question, if I don’t reduce the size (width) or video then on a mobile screen it goes completely off screen and looks terrible.

I need video to appear resonsive in both desktop and mobile view?

    Hi ShuffleHound Support,

I have 3 small queries relating to the header and video posts on blog pages.

    1)

I’ve recently used the CSS code you’ve mentioned in this post to reduce size of mobile header. It worked perfectly.

The issue I have now is the header background colour. It stays white and filled when scrolling down through the homepage and blog pages but not on service pages (pages listed in top menu *Japanese Tutoring page and *Japanese Classes page). (<b>This is issue is when viewing the website on a mobile device. )</b>

For some reason the header goes transparent and you can only see the red circle logo and the menu tab.

    2)

Could you point me in the direction to change the colour of font for the colour in the tab in the header as well?

I’ve tried changing colour in theme settings/styling but every time I select be wrong area and need to restart everything from start.

    3)

custom video sizing for pages, and blogs.

Currently I’m having to manually reduce the preview size of a video in pages and blogs so they fit on mobile device screen.

Problem is this makes the video preview small on desktop as well which I don’t want and it still looks strange on mobile view regardless. Is there a way to set video preview sizes custom for pages, blogs on desktop and mobile views and have them more centred?
