Hello,
In the latest major Slider Revolution plugin version there are a lot of changes and now for some users the slides won’t load without enabling one option.
If the slides won’t load please go to:

Installed, imported demo. Slider wont show.
tried putting the slider shortcode on the hello world post, shows properly.
Have tried to remove and install plugin again, same thing.
Please have a a look.
Hi Doug,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin, Slider Revolution and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Hi @ANTONiUM,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
I cannot edit the homepage with WPBakery, which I thought was possible with purchasing the theme.
The construction demo is created using Unyson page builder so you can only edit it using Unyson page builder.
Second issue is that the revolutionslider is not loaded by default when importing theme.
Please make sure that you have activated the revolution slider plugin when you are importing the demo content.
Also please make sure that you have activated the plugin globals option as described in the below topic.

Fourth issue, the header menu is floating above content area. Probably since revolutionslider is not there.
Yes and it will get resolved when you display the revolution slider.

Hello, I installed your template for the first time on a test server. Everything went well. I started customizing and slider revolution disappeared.
I installed your template on another test server and there, with another domain name. And there, I still have the same worries with slider revolution ( attachment)
What am I supposed to do?
Regards
Rodrigue
Hi @ManageAdMusic,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
And it wonāt stop asking for activation and upgrades.
You don’t need to activate it as you are using the plugin version bundled with the theme and asĀ you are not direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin yourself until you purchase it.
Please find more information about it on the following page.
We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with themeĀ from AppearanceĀ ->Ā Install Plugins
Switch to Elementor editor?
Yes, If you want to but please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Please do not switch between page builders orelse you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the page content.
If Iāve imported your Creative Demo with my site, tweaked items within YellowPencil and Revolution, can I still switch to Elementor? Or really, bottom line, if I have to, can I restart w/ the Creative Demo theme AND use Elementor as itās visual editor? Or will that break plugins like Revolution Slider?
It won’t break Slider Revolution but yes as described above it will break WPBakery page editor and changes made using Yellow Pencil editor.

Hi Support Team,
I’ve been trying to tweak my site’s design after importing the Creative Demo for Jevelin. Using the included editor plugins — Unyson, WP Baker, Yellow Pencil — I’ve had very little luck. Especially with the visual editor WP Bakery — to be honest, it’s garbage for designers like me who are used to Elementor. And it won’t stop asking for activation and upgrades.

Honestly, I’ve wasted so much time trying to edit this theme to my design goals, I should have started from scratch with Elementor — I’d be done already. (sigh)
Thanks for your help!
Thank you, I used the new sliders and they worked.
Seems it was to do with the slider revolution update.
I did as you suggested but the issue persists with just those two plugins and slider revolution activated.
I also purchased the pro version of slider revolution to see if that was the issue and installed the latest slider template for the post based slider, but the issue remains the same.
I also removed all custom code to see if that was the issue.
Any ideas?
If you wish you can also to try and de active the plugins yourself to confirm also. Thanks!
Hi @Jovana,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I logged into your site and saw the issue was occurring in the latest version of slider revolution plugin.
I was able to fix it by clicking “Globals” link in the top of the Slider Revolution main dashboard page, and then selecting “Include Libraries Globally” as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,

Hi, on my webpage, rev slider does not appear, i am adding it but it is nor shown on the homepage. I want your construction rev slider as i am using construction demo.

Hi @jarodthornton,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Fix: clicking āGlobalsā link in the top of the Slider Revolution main dashboard page, and then selecting āInclude Libraries Globallyā.
Have you fixed it as described above?
Best regards,

I ran a fresh install of WP (5.2.2) and the Jevelin theme (4.4.1), installed required plugins and activated, ran demo import for “Startup”, and the rev slider isn’t showing š
Error log: setREVStartSize is not defined
Fix: clicking “Globals” link in the top of the Slider Revolution main dashboard page, and then selecting “Include Libraries Globally”.
Hi there the recent update seems to have made the frontpage of my site unusable? Just wondering if you could help, thanks! – ps it seems to be with the slider revolution?
