    Thank you for your question.

     

    I am not sure which header image you are talking about but if you are talking about Titlebar Background Image then it displays as a background of Titlebar and Titlebar Revolution Slider replaces titlebar content with Revolution Slider .

    Hi. Can you tell me what’s the difference between choosing the option of a revolution slider for each of my pages and clicking on the page settings below each page to add a header image instead? I am only using a hero scene (no animation) for my pages. Thanks.

    Greetings. I downloaded the Jevelin theme a few days ago and have been having problems with the Revolution Slider plugin: each time I try to activate it I get a fatal error message and don’t see how to get around it. I’ve attempted disabling all the other plugins and trying to activate and this has no effect, nor am I seeing this particular topic in the forums.

     

    This is a fresh install and I’m not that skilled as a web designer, so I’m not sure what else to include to explain the challenge, nor am I sure what else might be missing. I’ve not tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin as I’m not sure where to obtain the file for the plugin.

     

    The website is http://www.serenitydesign.studio

     

    The message I get is as follows (copy and paste):

    Thanks for the response.

     

    You are right, some plugins are causing the problem: Unyson and Slider Revolution. If any of them is installed, then the Appearance section looks like my screenshot.

     

    The problem with that is the 2 plugins are mandatory to the theme. If I uninstall them, I can’t fully customize the theme: there are missing sections, the main image on the homepage is not showing, the categories for the blog posts are missing, etc  (screenshot attached).

     

    What do I do next?

    Hi Team,
    I do have a problem with the slider revolution. As you can see atached (screenshot), the header is showing a certain kind of preview of the next slide as a hover affect by swiping through the left/right arrow. Do you have any advice for my to hide the slide preview? Thank you in advance.

    Is there any way around this?

    None of our videos are encoded with sound on Vimeo, however they don’t seem to autoplay in the Revolution Slider unless the user interacts with the element(s).

     

    Perhaps a flag or param needs to be added to the embed code in order for it to function properly with this new autoplay policy?

    Hi @mjejun,

     

    Thank you for your questions.

     

    I am not sure what I have done but even after I check the radio button for the social medias, the social medias icon won’t appear at the header section.

    Please make sure you have enabled Social Media option in the theme header settings and configured social media URLs in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

     

    As for the Blog section, I’ve been trying to add the slider as shown in https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/blog1/from-side-to-side/ but instead, I got something as shown in screenshot 3.png.

    It seems you have not added slides to the slider created in slider revolution so please add it. You can find more information about using  slider revolution plugin in the following page.

    The responsiveness works fine for the homepage. However, for the other pages, the footer section does not display correctly as shown in the screenshots.

    I visited your shared site pages and it displays resposnive for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please test it on different browser.

     

    Another question is, how may I use different demos for different page? If I use ‘Import Demo Data’, it will replace my homepage.

    You can change your site home page from your site Reading Settings.

     

    I’ve followed the steps shown in the screenshots, however, I couldn’t find the ‘Test’ from the ‘Titlebar Revolution Slider’ dropdown.

    The Test is a name given to the slider created in Slider Revolution so you have to create it first.

    Also, will the gray gaps by the side of the sliders go away if I upload images that are bigger? These are 1200 x 800. For desktop large, there are sizes 1920 x 950 px. I guess this is more of a slider revolution question!

    I went to pages – shop, so my URL is citytechchemical.com/shop. How do I edit from that page? I could not find the find the slider in the Revolution Slider option.     It is a Titlebar background image that you can change from theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    The shop page is a dynamic page generated by WooCommerce so you can’t directly change the content of that page.

    Do I add my products in Pages – Standard Shop? Or do I do something else from Woocommerce?

    You have to create products in Woocommerce as described in the below page.

    Hi. As I am not an experienced WordPress user, I simply want to take the ready look and feel of the Standard Shop pages on the Home Basic Jevelin theme, and do things like change the banner image, and replace the products with my own etc. So apologies for what may seem very silly questions.

     

    1. I went to pages – shop, so my URL is citytechchemical.com/shop. How do I edit from that page? I could not find the find the slider in the Revolution Slider option.     Now I can access slider revolution settings but didn’t see any button added in it.

    Your shared new site credentials worked for me and I couldn’t access your site previously  because your site credentials shared previously in this topic is not working now.

     

    I could log in to your site now using new shared credentials but I couldn’t access slider revolution settings on your site as displayed in the attached screenshot.

     

    It seems the shared site credentials are not for admin user so could you please make the user as an admin so that I can troubleshoot the issue?

     

    as well as my other question on making all pages’ top bar show Header 3 style and info like tel, email and office address. Now only the Home Page top bar is displaying correctly.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    I can troubleshoot it using your shared site credentials as it is not admin credentials so could you please make the shared user as an admin?

     

    Could you please tell me how you have configured the vimeo video?

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson and Slider Revolution plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

     

    Please make sure you have configured it as described in the following pages.
