Hello. Whenever I create a new page there is a lot of blank space between my header and content. Even when I added a revolution slider the space is still there.
the blog page and tools of the trade page (project page) work fine and is spaced how you would imagine.
Could you please tell me how to nest the content directly under the header?

I’m trying to remove the white space at the top of pages where breadcrumbs have been disabled (see screenshot attached).
In the example attached I’ve replaced the titlebar with a revolution slide but there is still a space between the slider and the main page content.
Any assistance is much appreciated.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson and Slider revolution plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also you will find mentioned Troubleshooting option in the slider settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi, I have an issue with the mobile view of my website. When I look at my site on a mobile device such as a phone, the main sliding banner (revolution slider) of my site is extremely tiny, and often will not show up at all.

Also there is an issue with the Slider Box as the navigation arrows of these do not appear at all. Is there a way to make the navigation arrows show up for these items, or make it so that it will display 8 Slider boxes on mobile instead of the current 2 default?

Idea is very simple – I need to make header responsible and full screen. I was workmen before with Visual Composer and there you can just set Raw to full screen and then Slider Revolution to full screen that’s all – easy and fast. BUT in your page builder there is no such an option and section is not possible to set to full screen and make it responsive. Also, if I ma adding slider to section – even with all proper setting of full screen slider – I could not get result. Same with Background of the section.
SO now I am using some padding to make picture visible BUT it’s not full screen either and not responsive. So, quite a lot of problem to make very basic setting.

The short and clear answer is that it is not possible to import predefined slider templates from theme bundled slider revolution plugin.
If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not update that plugin until it is updated in the theme or use any slider template.

I’m trying to add a slider to my homepage, with the Slider Revolution plugin.
I found a nice, free slider on the slider builder page. It’s called “Not Generic” (screenshot 1)
However, when I try to install it, none of the options that are offered to me seem to work (screenshot 2).
- Importing the slider from a local drive is not the solution. The slider template (that is supposed to be named “notgeneric.zip ” is not within the Jevelin.zip folder, i’ve looked everywhere
- Importing the slider from ‘online‘ sends me back to a nonsensical loop of useless information. And still no sign of “notgeneric.zip”
Can you tell me whether yes or no, it is possible to install this slider free of charge, as part of the Jevelin template.
Please don’t give me links to visit and pages to read. I’ve done that already. I need a clear answer.
And if it’s possible, please tell me how.

Thanks that fixed the footer! I wanted the content within the hero image to be centered and it is slightly off to the bottom left which suggests that revolution slider is not recognizing the left navigation and is treating it as still full width. This issue only occurs with the navigation header 1. If the revolution slider was to be multiple slides then the navigation button on the left is hidden by the navigation. I have included an image as to what I wanted it to relatively look like.

I’ve recently updated theme and revolution slider version, and now none of my revolution sliders are loading anything. I’ve plaid around with changing image filetypes from png to jpeg, that didn’t work. Played around with rebuilding slides, thats not even working. Please help.

Hi there,
I’m trying to build something and I can’t really seem to get it right. Attached you will find photo 1 (from the slider attempt) and photo 2 (from the text attempt).
When I build the image with the piece of text in the revolution slider with fontweight 100 it isn’t the same as in text. Right now Photo 1 also has a bigger font than photo 2 and it’s still thinner.
I’d like Photo 2 to do what Photo 1 looks like. Any suggestions? You can check it out on test2.sjoerdgerritsen.com
