Did first attempt at Slider Revolution – top menu disappeared. Any idea how to fix this? It’s just blank with only the slider. I switched the page setting to slider revolution blank template instead of default. Thanks.

Firstly, I’d like to know where the theme documentation is. Although the theme is fairly intuitive, but there seems to be little to know documentation about how certain elements are created on pages. Please advise.
In the provided zip file, you will find theme documentation folder and you can also access documentation from theme settings after activating the theme as shown in the attached screenshots.
Secondly, I am having a particular issue with creating a parallax image on my homepage. The best I can do is assume it’s created via the Revolution Slider element, but when trying that, it says there are no slides found.
Could you please tell me a bit more in detail by sharing page URL where it is displaying or screenshot of it so that i can help you?

I downloaded the Jevelin theme this afternoon. During setup, I can’t install the Revolution Slider. I receive the following message during installation:

Hi. I followed your instructions but when i got to the admin area noted by your screenshot, I did not get the dropdown selection that you have in your screenshot. See my screenshot attached.
Now, I do see that I am able to Click on the Revolution Slider and Select Fitness from that dropdown (see attachment), but that only loads the Revolution Slider elements. I am wanting to completely load the Fitness site as it appears as one of your 15 Demo Layouts.
I should mention that when Installing the FULL DEMO, it did not give me a size restriction “error”, so I did not download and install the “beta” link you had sent me.

Small case font in my homepage slider is fine for desktop. But on Mobile, it looks extremely small. I created the slider using “Slider Revolution”. Here are two screenshots.

I believe I’m lacking some layout functionality.
Changing between different header layouts doesn’t produce any noticeable change.
Neither does switching to the boxed style or the full page layout.
I don’t seem to be able to access the 6 blog layouts as well.
Adding the suggested plugins failed because of an invalid url so I downloaded the Envato WordPress Tookit from GitHub, and did not install the Revolution Slider. Unyson plugin worked fine.
Some help would be appreciated.

I am having trouble with the page builder.
When I try to edit some contents in the page builder it says error: forbidden and nothing happens.
but, Revolution Slider, Progress Bar, Table, Video Player, Widget Area, WooCommerce Categories, Portfolio, Pie Chart, List, Image Gallery, Icon, Event, Counter, Contact Form, Blog Posts, Alert Message, Single Image are working.
yeah it is the wee comerce and revolution slider is it necessary to download them

Yes, we use Revolution Slider at the top and change header style to make it transparent.
Please try this to add a Revolution Slider to the blog:
- Go to your preferred page and its edit page
- Scroll to the bottom of page
- Select Header tab
- Select your created slide under Titlebar Revolution Slider
- Save your page
Please try this to change header style:
- Go to your preferred page and its edit page
- Scroll to the bottom of page
- Select Header tab
- Set Style to Light
- Save your page

After installing Jevelin theme and configuring a few parameters, everything looks fine except that I can’t find how to configure background image on main menu like on the following demo :
It looks like I have to use Revolution slider so I create one with my image header but it does not appear.
My home page is configured to use a static page (“Blog” template) with full width masonry shadow as blog style.
Any guidance will be really appreciated.

What is the slider template that is used for Jevelin (http://jevelin.shufflehound.com/). I want to use the template you are using.

Hi there,
First of all you need to create a slide under Revolution Slider.
Then just create a new page and switch it to the page builder.
After that in the page builder add element Revolution Slider and set it to your slide. Then save it and it should work.

We made some tests and this is what we found:
1. Revolution slider was hidden in mobile devices due to this option below and now it is working, because is set to Visible Everywhere
2. These menus has hidden titles and therefore in mobile version there is nothing to click and open. We will try to figure out a fix for this issue in the next updates, but at the moment you can just show these titles and it will work for mobile devices.
