Hi, I have recently installed the theme and started to build my pages but the text component is not working using the WP Bakery Page Builder.

I have added it to my page but when I click on the text block to edit it doesn’t load. See acreenshot.

    thanks

    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Gillion theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.

Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme and WpBakery page builder plugin.

Please login to access this file

Also, This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi,

I’m still having issues with this component and only this component. I have tried all your suggestions and I even deleted WpBakery and reinstlaled it but I still have an issue with this text component.

I am also on the latest version.

    thanks

    Kev

    Hi there,

We can confirm the issue on your site.

Do you have access to PHP log files? That could really help to find out what is going on.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    Hi there,

We just realized that you posted publicly your website login data (we removed it) and please change the password and it in the private field.

If you can find the PHP log content in your hosting panel then you can post file information here. Otherwise you can post a login information in a private field and we can look it for you.
