    Hello,

    I’m having trouble trying to center the YouTube widget in the theme. For some reason it doesn’t center in the container no matter what I do. It also won’t fill the width of the container that it’s in. Please see the URL in the private field below.

    Hi there,

    You can try this custom CSS:

    .wp-block-embed {
    Β  Β  display: table;
    }

    Please add it to the theme settings and let us know if that works! πŸ™‚

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    Thank you. That fixed the alignment issue. But the 16:9 aspect ratio should fill the container shouldn’t it? It’s still abnormally small.

    In that case, you can try to:

    • remove the code we just sent
    • go to the edit page of the post
    • find the YouTube embed block
    • set alignment to none (see in the attachment below)

    Let us know if that works! πŸ™‚

    No luck, it just left aligns the youtube video again and doesn’t fill the container. I updated the same URL again based on your feedback so it should be live there

    Can you please let us know if in the dashboard the YouTube embed is also small?

    No, it fills the container in the page editor just fine. It’s is not small like it is on the page itself.

    Oh, we just noticed that your website has an outdated theme version. That is most likely the cause.

    Please update it to the latest version and let us know if that works.
