The padding is currently to zero pixels on the settings so not sure why there is so much space. I tried adjusting the top padding by -100px but there was no change on the front end.
Is there a different place I should be adjusting the padding?

Can you share what country you are connecting from and maybe an IP address so that we can allow access to it? That should resolve the error.

Hi support, we are currently using the most up to date version of Jevelin but still have the issue that we can’t scroll down the homepage when viewing through mobile phones.

Ok thank you we were able to get rid of the black space by unchecking the setting in the wpbakery builder row “full height row”.
Is there a setting (on revolution slider or wpbakery builder) to make sure the image doesn’t get cut off on mobile? (it looks great on desktop and laptop, it is on mobile that it cuts off the image. see image attached)

Hi Support thank you for your reply. I had previously changed the “from” email addresses in the wordpress and woocommerce settings.
The problem we are seeing is that even though the “from” email addresses say [email protected], next to it says “via Emida” (as shown highlighted in the screenshot). We would like it to say something else like “via Empower”.
Where can we change that? We use GoDaddy for our hosting, is that something that needs to be adjusted there?
The page URL for the live production version of our website on which I installed the plugin is retailermarketplace.com.
Thank you for your suggestion. I downloaded the plugin and activated it. By looking at the settings it said that the login page url should be retailermarketplace.com/login. I set this as the url on the menu, however when I click on it, the page I get has the same error as initially, meaning the login fields for woocommerce customers to log into their accounts is missing on the page.
Are there any additional adjustments I have to make for the login page to show the login fields?
Hi Support thank you for your response. We tried adding the link but it leads to a wordpress login page and we were wondering if it would be possible for it to lead to a page on the site that looks more like the photo attached.
The reason is because we created a plugin for customers to use their balance from one of our other websites (Emida) and the button to login doesn’t show when they are taken to the wordpress login page.
Please see the image attached for how we would like the login page for woocommerce customers to look like.
We appreciate any help you can provide to make the login page look like that so the Emida button can show when customers try to login.

However, I noticed that with regards to the product categories, some products are not showing up in the homepage widget WooCommerce Recent Products.
For example, I have an Audio Products category with subcategories Headphones, Earphones, Handsfree.
Products don’t show up when I click the Audio Products category, or even the Headphones, Earphones, and Handsfree categories on the homepage widget. They do show up when I click these categories in the Shop. I’ve attached a few screenshots. I removed the filter from the WooCommerce Recent Products widget for the moment but we would like to have it. Could you help us find out why these are not showing? I double checked in the product pages backend and they are correctly marked to these categories.
