Every problem I have you all say it is working fine for you. What would my issue be then? I am not getting the bottom of that screen. That screen shot you showed me is below the last of what my screen will display. I also have problems with my footers consistently showing up. I cannot scroll down any further. I have tried multiple browsers. I am not getting the full screen. Any help would be appreciated.
okay, I’m sorry but we need this fixed. I was thinking, I keep the TREC# on the footer and if someone has FireFox and it isn’t showing up we can get into some trouble since the TREC# has to be visible on the site. It is inconsistent on other web browsers but really bad on Firefox.
Hi, I tested it in Chrome as well. It shows up more there but it still disappears every once in awhile. I’m probably good with that but just so you all know that it does disappear every now and then.

Are you testing it from the front end? It is not in the spam folder. I can get it to deliver from the backend but it didn’t show up in my spam or in my email.
It may show up on your computer but it is not on mine and that is still a problem. I am using Firefox browser on a Mac. I went and tried it on a PC. There it showed up on more pages but not all and on one of the pages all I saw was the gray footer with no writing. So something is not right.
My screen does not give me that option. I attached a screenshot. There is not place to add a video URL and I have it marked as a video blog.
The multiple logos are gone when I did what you said with the plugins. But I still cannot access the back-end to make changes. I am adding a screen shot to show where I choose “Back-End Options”. It takes me to a blank screen. It used to take me to a screen where I could change settings.
When I go to Customize it gives me an option to change settings on the Front-End or Back-end. The front end option opens us but the back end give me a blank screen. I used to be able to edit on there. I cannot edit from the Back-end at all. Also, did you see the 3 logos. That happened after I updated everything.
Also, after I did those things I have three logos now. I will try to fix it but if you see it when you are looking at things, I was unable to.

I did you what you said and it still only imported the header and the footer. There is nothing else from the import even though I didn’t get an error.
My drop-down menu stopped working. Not sure how to fix that.
I updated Jevelin and purged cache and it still doesn’t work. The dropdown menu doesn’t work and the slider on the “types of inspections” page doesn’t work. The login information I send you will work. I tested it. I also just noticed that the parallax image on the home page isn’t working either. Most of this happened after the WordPress update.
I don’t know how to update with that file. I use zip files to upload the template. My site doesn’t show my template has an update. I cleared my cache still. Made temp user and password.

I have. This is totally confusing me. I have the right email address in the WP Mail SMTP plugin and in the Contact Form settings. It just continues to send to the initial address I had in there.
