I didn’t add WPCache until after I had the problem but I still did what you asked. I also noticed the problem first on my phone then on my mac. Are you using an apple product?? Maybe that is part of it. I tried the site on Google Chrome and it still does it. Press “Africa” then press “America” then press “Cold Brew” then go back to “all”. It will show up. It always does for me. It just takes a few times of hitting buttons and then selecting “all”.
Yes, I’ve attached two screenshots. You will notice on one, there are 2 images on top of each other. And on the one there is a bunch of white space between products. It happens as I use the buttons at the top of the page. The first time everything looks fine but as I press different ones the results begin to mess up.

That blue color shows up no where on that page. That’s why I am asking you where else I can find it.
I don’t know what a screen shot will do. That advice you gave doesn’t work because I do not have a “default editor” button anywhere on the page. I can give you a screen shot to show you there isn’t one. Otherwise, any icons I click to edit or add don’t do anything. Now if I mess around and go back and forth between front end and back end editing sometimes something will happen to allow me to start editing on the back end again but it takes a lot of messing around and it doesn’t last.
This stopped working again. Can you tell me how you fixed it last time so when it happens again I can fix if myself. My information in the private field in previous chats in still good
It is not on my screen. I have scrolled down as far as I can. I have tried on Firefox, Safari and Chrome. I am on a Mac. That may have something to do with it. Are you on a PC? I can try it on a PC if I go to a relative’s house. But I do all my work on a Mac. Could you see if it is a Mac problem and how to fix it?
You showed a section titled “Video Settings”. I do not have that section anywhere on the page. I can’t really send you a screen shot of the entire page to show you that. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change to get that option on the page? I do have it set as a video blog. Do you get that “Video Settings” section when you sign on to my website? It’s just not there for me.
Every problem I have you all say it is working fine for you. What would my issue be then? I am not getting the bottom of that screen. That screen shot you showed me is below the last of what my screen will display. I also have problems with my footers consistently showing up. I cannot scroll down any further. I have tried multiple browsers. I am not getting the full screen. Any help would be appreciated.
okay, I’m sorry but we need this fixed. I was thinking, I keep the TREC# on the footer and if someone has FireFox and it isn’t showing up we can get into some trouble since the TREC# has to be visible on the site. It is inconsistent on other web browsers but really bad on Firefox.
