This looks like a bug, we will test this in our servers and we will work on fix for this issue.
404 page issue is common WordPress issue, to fix it you can follow this:

If you want to create a blog page it is very simple:
- Create a new page
- Change page Template to Blog (in the right side of your edit page)
- Set Page Layout to Sidebar Right (in the bottom of your edit page)
- If you need, change the blog layout from Blog tab (in the bottom of your edit page)

- You need to go to Appearance > Widgets > Blog Widgets and there you can add/remove widgets.
- Looks like you have one almost empty Section element, which you could delete in your home page inside page builder.

Hi there,
Replacing theme pictures are easy.
- Footer image can be changed under Appearance > Theme settings > Styling > Footer Background Image.
- Homepage section images can be changed by editing your needed page and in page builder clicking on Section element. Then open Background tab and there should be Background Image option which you can change.

At the moment we managed to fix your issue, but other related issue started, therefore we are still working on this. Hopefully tomorrow with other navigation issue we will fix this.
We will try to fix that today or tomorrow and we will update this thread for any news. It is hard to recommend any plugins for this feature.

We had similar issues before with WordPress, but permalink setting change always solves it for us.
You can also try to reset .htaccess file (by creating backup) and clear your website cache.

Can you send a link to your page, so we can test that?
You can use this plugin or FTP client to update theme version.
Please download and test our latest 2.0.0, there we made lot of improvements regarding to this issue.
