Apologies for our delayed response.
This design logic was more popular several years ago and was used by many large themes. Now, we agree that it would be better to make the content nearly full width at all times. Please add the snippet below to the theme settings:

It seems that the login details have changed as we couldn’t access the site. Most likely, the text “Latest posts” isn’t hardcoded inside the theme, but rather in the page builder or theme settings—depending on how your site is built.
If you could update the login details, we could take another look.

Sure, if you are using the Block editor (Gutenberg editor), you should be able to just copy the YouTube link into the content, and it should embed automatically.

We highly recommend trying it. Most of the theme settings should be synced automatically to the Redux framework.
