Hi there,
Please try installing classic widgets plugin.
Let us know if that helps! 🙂

Great! Thank you for letting us know
Hi there,
Just to specify, is that a question if the fix is included in the next update?

Great! You are welcome 🙂

Certainly! In the Jevelin Settings > Styling section, we entered an additional font weight for “Additional Font 1” (at the bottom of the page).
The problem was that the bold font weight for the Roboto font wasn’t chosen in the theme settings, and as a result, the theme didn’t load it. This is for optimization purposes, as some fonts can have up to 9 different font weights, which could potentially slow down the loading speed.
As Google fonts appeared in the settings, we could adjust some options.
Is it better now?

Sorry for that, we have attached the screenshots again.
The Redux framework updates fonts via their servers periodically to keep Google fonts updated. It seems that when you installed the plugin, it showed their included fonts, but later it tried to update them via their servers and failed. Unfortunately, we don’t have any tips on how to solve this other than by fixing the underlying issue with cURL.
Besides that, the bold font on your website currently works fine on all our devices.
Hi there,
Can you please create a screenshot of the page instead? That would help us understand exact place that we need to test.

Great! Lately we haven’t changed anything, so it seems that our previous CSS fixes started working.
Thank you! That is understandable and we are glad to have clarified things. 🙂
Hi there,
After multiple tests we saw that you have entered both address and latitude/longitude. It seems that it caused an issue and by removing the latitude/longitude options the Google Maps is working fine now.
Can you please check that? 🙂

Thank you for letting us know! We will check that 🙂
Hi there,
We checked most of your pages and we couldn’t see any pages with the white background anymore.

Hi there,
Can you please share a link to your website, so we can inspect your setup? We might have some ideas how to fix it, but we will need to see how your site is built.
Best regards,

Hi there,
That’s odd. Could we log into your website to investigate this issue further? You can add the login details in the private information field.
Best regards,

It seems that we managed to fix the issue with bugfix.
The fix will be included in the next theme release.
Please test it. 🙂
We just answered to your separate ticket.
