Sure, regarding your questions:
Can you please clarify – are you referring that you want to add items to the navigation or do you want to put the navigation in the center of the header?
It seems that you have a Google Maps block at the bottom of the site, which you need to remove

Currently, that is a known issue that selection isn’t working while using the WPBakery page builder. But entering category names manually should work – we tested it before mentioning it before. Or are we misunderstanding the issue?

Regarding the portfolio page have you tried:
Going to Jevelin Settings (at the admin topbar)
Selecting Portfolio (on the left side)
Going to the Portfolio Single Page section
Changing the Image Size option

Let us know if that works!

Understandable, it seems that you were looking for this:
Go to Post Settings
General tab
For Post Style set Slider (will disable titlebar)

Hopefully, that works! To make it work you may need to disable the options we mentioned in the previous guide.

Oh, in that case, you can try to:
Go to Post Settings
Header tab
For the Above Content option set something other than Default
Set background image for Titlebar Background Image option

Let us know if that works for you.

Regarding the image sizes, you can change the Blog Posts element Style option from Masonry 2.0 to Gid 2.0 and that should change images to a fixed height.
About featured images you want them to disable for all images or only for some specific ones?

We just tested your website and couldn’t see any overlapping issues (see the screenshot below).

Regarding your questions:
Can you please give more details regarding this?
At least on mobile, the height seems to be fixed
In the WPBakery header builder element, there should be a buttons tab where you can add more buttons.

Regarding the Categories option please try to enter the category names manually and separate them by the new line / enter button.

For example:
Category 1
Category 2

About the other issues you’ve mentioned, we’re having a bit of trouble understanding them. Do you think you could send us a few screenshots? That might help us to understand it better.
