Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure you are using latest version of theme and set featured image to the post as described in the following page.

As of Now I have 11 Categories created and they all shown on the (“header-navigation”), is it a good ideas to create 11 separate pages and connect them to the categories, so I can still show them on “header-navigation”, this is from the aspect of SEO
You can display 11 Categories as a submenu under Categories menu but you don’t need to create 11 separate pages for it as you can just link automatically created Categories archive pages in menu.

Yes, I did troubleshoot as you described. But as already mentioned nothing has changed.
As you are hosting your site locally so we can’t access it to troubleshoot therefore to troublehsoot the issue could you please share me the screenshots of each steps you followed to display it?
Please share the screenshots of whole screen and not just part of screen.
Also please test it on another page.

We have resolved this issue in the following latest theme version by adding an option to disable Jevelin quantity button JS functionality (under Theme Settings > WooCommerce) as shown in the attached screenshots which should fix this issue.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
